Get fit in the water – aqua fitness is a specially developed full-body water workout. It uses motivational forms of training to promote conditioning factors such as strength, stamina, mobility and coordination, making full use of the positive effects of the water. Vary the intensity of the exercises by either working against the water or using additional equipment such as swimming noodles, aqua dumbbells or an aqua belt, for example.
